• Hours: Monday–Friday 09:00–17:00; Saturday 09:00–13:00

Individual Therapy (Adults & Adolescents)

A confidential space to explore emotional difficulties, personal challenges, and patterns impacting daily functioning. Areas of support include:
• Anxiety and stress
• Low mood and depression
• Emotional regulation difficulties
• Identity and self-esteem concerns
• Relationship and interpersonal challenges
• Life transitions and adjustment difficulties

Child & Adolescent Psychological Support

Developmentally sensitive support, including play-based or structured therapeutic approaches. Support includes:
• Emotional and behavioural difficulties
• School-related stress and adjustment
• Anxiety and mood concerns
• Support during family changes (e.g. separation, loss)
• Building emotional awareness and coping skills

Family & Relationship Work

Interventions that aim to improve communication, understanding, and emotional connection. This may include:
• Family therapy
• Parenting support and guidance
• Improving relational patterns
• Supporting families through change or conflict

Psychological & Psycho‑Educational Assessments

Assessments to better understand cognitive, emotional, and academic functioning and to inform appropriate support. Examples include:
• Psycho-educational assessments
• Scholastic and learning assessments
• School readiness assessments
• Screening and psychological evaluations

Forensic & Risk‑Related Psychological Work

Experience in forensic settings, including:
• Risk assessments
• Structured therapeutic interventions
• Psychological screening and evaluation
